In NewDay Praise, we seek to create an experience where people who don’t know Jesus can meet him. Those who do know Jesus can grow in that relationship. Everyone can find a warm welcome and a safe place to ask questions and talk about faith.
One of the most important things we do at Plainfield UMC is come together every week and experience the power of God’s presence in worship. People of different backgrounds and generations join together in NewDay Praise Worship to celebrate God’s promise of each new day lived with and for God. Live praise music, a relevant message, and genuine hospitality are the heartbeat of this worship experience.
Soft seating, café tables, chairs, and other seating make the space engaging and comfy. We start worship at 10:00am every Sunday. Worship includes live music and some singing. A message that helps connect the Bible and the story of Jesus to our everyday, real-world lives.
