CROP Walk 2020

Each fall, the Plainfield Church Alliance holds the CROP Walk for hunger in the Plainfield area. This year due to the pandemic, the walk was canceled. PUMC has decided to continue the walk as a church, and it will be a little different from past walks due to the pandemic.

People wanting to walk will meet at the Rec Center parking lot around 1:45 p.m., and the walk will begin at 2 p.m. Those not wishing to walk, but still wanting to participate, packets will be available in the church office. If you pick up an information packet from the church office, make sure you sign your name, leave a phone number and your email address.
Checks should be made to PUMC with CROP Walk on the memo line. All monies raised will be distributed to food pantries, both locally and internationally.

The CROP Walk raises money to help end hunger in our community and worldwide. This year, PUMC will hold its walk on October 4 at 2:00 p.m. We hope you will participate, especially when food insecurity is so real to so many.
