PUMC’s Staff Parish Relations Committee thanks Steve Manning for his ministry and service as he vacates the PUMC staff position of Facilities Manager. They wish him well as he leaves this position to pursue other opportunities.

In anticipation of filling this position, PUMC is accepting applications for this part-time, salaried position. The successful candidate will work with the Senior Pastor, the Board of Trustees, a small custodial staff, and volunteers, in their responsibility for the safety, security, and maintenance of the physical property. This person will demonstrate strong interpersonal skills; a general knowledge of the working systems and needs of a building (HVAC, plumbing, routine maintenance, cleaning, etc.); and the desire to serve in an effective team atmosphere. The successful candidate will also understand their role as a ministry to and with the congregation and the community at large and emphasize the role of the facility in being a welcoming and hospitable place.
